Organize the selection (1–2 weeks)

You'll conduct interviews with suitable candidates, make informed decisions, and establish a clear foundation for the next steps in the process.

Support the implementation (4–6 months)

We guide you through the remaining steps of the implementation process—from documentation and coordination to actual integration into operations. This phase includes government procedures, visas, and entry into the country. It is the most straightforward part of the process—and the most important.
